I was having really really heavy periods my hormones were just majorly out of whack I was feeling depressed and easily irritated. I've only been taking these for three weeks. I normally have a cycle akin to the Apocalypse. My menses come in 4 stages much like 4 horses of the Apocalypse. First, I retain 5-7 pounds of water. It sounds boring, but it's great and satisfying. I'm no longer nauseated.

I've had issues due to fibroids on my uterus for several years. My cycles last 10 to 16 days every month, and are so heavy that for three days out of the cycle, I am home and in severe pain. To start this herbal supplement has been effective overall. I am 44 years old and my periods comes around every 22 days and have been around 4 days but the PMS and mood swings are horrible. These past couple months I have had terribly heavy bleeding and cramps. So I decided to follow the recommended dose and my bleeding is soo much more tolerable, not as heavy. And when I start to get cramping I just take more and the cramping stops. I no longer dread getting my period as long as I have these herbs.
