Can't work out how to report that the item is not new, it has clearly been opened before and presumably returned. Not really happy paying the new price for something that obviously isn't. Some people might think this is a strange attitude, but I don't know if there is anything missing as I don't know what should be there. Actual product seems OK though.

It has enough space, one thing is not okay, If I use it as a cup holder I can't use it as a phone holder, but I can use the charger hardly, and if the cup for cold drinks like starbucks it doesn't fit to the end, but it can hold, all in all it's not bad, the quality is good but there is no lock on it. The instruction paper is nice addition, the length of the retractable handle can be adjusted
