Only gave it one star because I couldn’t make it zero stars. Bought this because I wanted a waffle maker with removable plates for easy cleanup. There are two plate release buttons and one of them doesn’t work. The lights on the top make no sense - the red one seems tl be on at all times. But worst of all, it’s so flat that the waffles it produces may as well be pancakes. No deep wells for the butter and syrup. No crisp edges.

While the OSTBA Sandwich Maker fulfills its basic function, there are some aspects that could be improved. The 750W power may be insufficient for those looking for quick and even toasting, as it sometimes leaves certain areas less crispy.
