What step of the morning routine should i use it in? do i put this on after i put on all my toner, essence stuff? i have really oily skin.

New research shows that a chemical sunscreen such as this should be applied about 15 minutes BEFORE moisturizer to give it a chance to absorb into skin. Physical/mineral sunscreens work differently, so they should be applied last. If you don’t need/use a moisturizer (I find this is moisturizing enough for my oily skin in the summer), this would be you last step. Products should generally be applied thinnest to thickest.

I deleted my previous answer of about two years ago stating some ingredients I found on the internet that are ‘harmful’ and ‘safe’.
Anyway, search and read on LabMuffin as she talked about sunscreen and coral bleaching.

“Currently, the limited scientific evidence for Hawaii and Florida does not show that sunscreen chemical components exist at concentrations that harm corals.”

“If sunscreen were a cause of coral die-offs, we would expect to see reef damage where sunscreen concentrations are highest, but there is no data to support that.  In fact, the Australian government found the majority of recent coral bleaching occurred where there is low to no human interaction and that coral is actually healthier in tourist-heavy, high-traffic areas.”
