Yes, and I'm very impressed with the product that I bought another set. I'm from Florida and I don't like cold weather.

Q: Are these better than Under Armour

That is a personal preference. If you don’t want the Under Armour price then these are a nice substitution. I used them in the mountains during a camp out in the winter. They did their job without question. I also had a pair from Under Armour too.

Q: Is it fleece lined from the inside?

Yes, it is certainly made of premium fleece, very comfortable to wear in winter
