Q: What waist size does this belt fit?

Hi, Adjustable Waistline Range: 80-110cm /31-43inch.

Q: Does buying this get you the holder for 4 clips? Or just 2?

This belt comes with 4 soft plastic clips that each can be attached to the belt by sliding through the loop. You can also keep the clips attached to one another and keep on the belt. It's a decent toy, doesn't hold the 18 mags very well because the clips are designed for the 12 mags. Is nice though

Q: Will it fit Nerf Ultra clips?

Ultras at wider and shorter than standard nerf darts so no it wont fit

Q: Can u put nerf mega mags in them

Sorry, it can't. It just suitable for the standard mags.
