PUR Advanced Faucet Filtration System

Adapters doesn’t work with my tap. They ask on package to call support for extra adaptors and not return product. Terrible support. no response to calls , mails or filing their form. What is the point of it

3 things to remember when buying this product: 1-Make sure it will fit to ur faucet (mine is almost fit to Grohe faucet but leaking! Even i used tefelon tape) 2-the filtered water is VERY slow and and has NO faucet to connect,it will just drip filtered water 3- when the PUR is installed to faucet its lose and turns easily ! Mine was leaning back because of filter weight!!

Doesn't fit and has terrible instructions!

The filter by itself is great, but I have major leakage problems from the connection to the faucet rendering the product useless for the purpose it is meant for as the filtered water and the leaking unfiltered water gets mixed. Request an urgent resolution for the same as I also bought 3 additional filter cartridges, but the main product itself is unusable!!!

Adapter didn’t fit my kitchen faucet. Once I use it, water splashed out from the joint of the faucet and the adapter. As I already opened the package and used it. I don’t think I can return it. Wasted 130 dirham.

I purchased this item in mid August, but decided to wait to write the review to give me some evaluation time with the product. It is now Feb 1st and I have had it for 5 months. I love this system, it was easy to install and I was lucky that my faucet accepted the basic adapter. So far in the 5 months I have had it I have had zero problems with the system. I have not purchased a single bottle of water since I got it. I just put in the third filter, so I got 5 months out of the previous two filters. I live in the metro Houston area and the tap water smells and tastes awful here, but when I sniff the water from my PUR system I cannot discern a smell and the taste is better than the plastic infused taste from some bottled waters. I was buying at least 4 cases of bottled water and purchasing bulk water for cooking. Now that is not very expensive, but it still comes to about $25 a month, which in five months would have cost me $125 plus all the plastic bottles in the landfill since my apt complex does not have a recycling program. The PUR system cost me $35 and the replacement filters were $10 each. So for $55 the system paid for itself in about 2.5 months of use. Plus I just noticed that an Amazon supplier has replacement filters on sale for half priced if you buy six. I am so on that deal...lol. If I had one criticism of the system it is that the filter exchange indicator light will eventually stop working before the system stops working and I am expected to just keep track of when I install the filter so I know when to replace it. While that is not a deal breaker when the time comes I will have to decide whether to buy a new system or do a strict filter exchange every 2 months to avoid the possibility of drinking bad water. I think PUR should correct that.

Oh ok. Made in China Shenzhen city. Fingers cross no issues. Fixed it up as per instruction. I am using a Made In Italy faucet so it is pretty much generic. If your faucet is not made in the EU or US forget about finding the right ring for it. You can get the ring but can a challenging to find one. Showy or some taiwan made faucet can be a problem. Goodluck finding the correct part for it. Can buy but the battery thing no clue on how to change them. Oh incase if it flats out I will probably buy another same one. Not looking at having this thing last long like 1year or more so to me after 3filters change I need to swap for the batts.Might as well.buy another same one to replace.the whole unit.Than again cheap.and good for what it is.off course there are many brands and design to choose from but overall this one suits fine as what it is. Update now the 28Dec 2024. Now the device has shown a red led so I am guessing the water from the tank is quite dirty. Have calculated.at 370approximate liters should be giving an estimate of 10-12 bottles of 32 fluid oz (naglene) per day. Not that bad. Quite a money saver. The important point is at the very least it filters the gung from your water tank.Better to be safe.

Es fácil de instalar, tiene 4 adaptadores y en mi caso el adaptador 1 funcionó, fugó un poco de agua pero se solucionó con un poco de teflón en la rosca, el flujo de agua es suficiente para llenar una jarra 2 litros en 1 minuto aproximadamente.

water pressure is great, fits on faucet well, worth the money for easy way to filter tap water for drinking, looks nice too. used it to replace older black model used up.
