Solid quality, mounted easily
This is just what I was looking for. It's a good quality product that looks like it will be perfect for our needs.

Check item carefully on arrival to make sure all parts work and fit.
5 out of 6 ordered worked fine. The defective one had a bolt that didn't fit in the hole made for it. My mistake was not checking all items while awaiting contractors arrival. After the given return period, it was too late to get a refund so I asked for a replacement. I'm waiting for it.

Too small
While these are well made, there's no way they could be considered 12 inches (330mm). They are only 8", closed. They may extend to 12" but on a 21" window, that's not going to work.The old casement (that I'm trying to replace) was 10", and sat higher on window, dispersing tension against window, created by wind, when window was open. It also was secured by a wing nut. Will keep looking. 😕

Low quality and price
The items were broken when they were installed in wood windows. Very disappointed!
