Q: I guess i’m confused, i thought this was for a american flag patch with the punisher skull. is it for the patch or not?

It comes with a piece you can sew on to anything you like or if you have a bag like mine you can save the back piece and use the front patch on the Velcro that's sewn onto the bag itself. Hopefully I didn't complicate your question.

Q: To respectfully wear this patch do you have to be ex military, or could a retired firefighter that respects our national security wear it?
