After I bought this model I was a bit worried that I might have picked a one which is too big, however, the size is perfect. If you have a back pump from gym and wanna lie on it or you wanna cover the whole knee the big size really comes handy. The material is really durable and the gel allowed it to be folded twice and being put in the freezer in a small corner comfortably.

This is somewhat heavy so it will slide off unless you hold it or bind it to you. However, it stays cold, is pretty flexible and you don’t need to wrap it in a towel to hold onto it.

Pas besoin de clim et ni de ventilateur ! Produit écolo !! Votre corps est tout de suite rafraichi et même froid. Pour ma part ces 2 poches ont leur place dans le congélateur du haut de mon frigo et je vais les utiliser durant tout l'été pour faire de bonnes nuits et de bonnes siestes ! Je vous le recommande ! This has been a lifesaver for hot flashes. It's pillow sized and is perfect to use to chill the underside of the pillow for refreshing relief all through the night. I've never had an ice pack stay cold for as long as this one does.
