Used it to mark out pickleball court on outdoor wood deck. Been there for months through rain and foot traffic - still perfectly intact!

I've seen comments about purple tape being too strong/sticky for taping down dies. Be sure to get THIS kind of tape! It is the oNE with the crepe/wrinkly look. It is tacky but not sticky. Perfect!

I was unable to find any black masking tape for sale here in Australia, only low tack tape or washi tape, so I was therefore delighted to find the black Bam tape available on Amazon and it worked perfectly for my book making project. A good deep black with plenty of sticking power, an excellent product for the job..

Tape easy to peel and adhesion is very similar to that of blue painters tape.
