Hi, thanks for your question, and below demensions for your reference: The outside size is about: 34mm(Height)x11.7mm(Width) The inner size is about: 22mm(Height)x8.3mm(Width) It's difficult to fit a capsule of 24mm long.

It is Amazon, why dont you just return the product? It should be easy. I returned mine because they sent me one that did not look like the picture. In fact I took it to Whole Foods and returned it to the Amazon desk there.
