Q: this feel like it's loud, any thoughts?

All of these high RPM fans are loud

Q: Anyone find a better fan then this for antminers?

Not at this rpm. I tried some Noctuna but still needed one of these as the exhaust side.

Q: how is the voltage on this fan 12, 24V? Will it work on an innosilicon A10?

12v. Not sure if they will work for the A10. These are 120mm x 120mm. 4 pin connector.
