To early to tell but so far so good well made product and no complaints.

I'm not sure how a hollow piece of plastic is meant to be an effective massaging device, even for trigger point release. It's incredibly unstable and has no real chance of an effective deep tissue massager.

Once you get over the fact that you just spent that much on a piece of shaped plastic, and you start figuring out how to use this properly, you'd be surprised at how great this little device actually is! On my journey to improve some slight back / shoulder pain from working from home and not having great seated posture, I did some research on these and decided to buy! Its a great little tool, I have it on my desk and regularly place it behind my back against the chair whilst I'm working, helps loosen up my back and neck after a couple hours of seated work. Some good videos online also how to make the most of this! Content with purchase!
