OK, I'll admit I was skeptical to start as there's plenty of criticism on social media but I will say that I'm pleasantly surprised. Well built and sturdy so decent enough quality. Provides different resistance levels for different exercises and plenty of exercises can be done using it. Combined with bodyweight exercises and heavy bag work, it ticks all the boxes for me as getting to a gym is an impossibility due to work and I train Krav maga in the evenings. Will it replace a gym if you are a serious bodybuilder.... no. Will it help with muscle tone etc.... yes. Providing you are realistic about what you aim to achieve using it, it's a great bit of kit.

I absolutely love this product. I can do a full body workout or just a specific part of my body. Very versatile, durable and well made. Working out at home fits my work and personal schedule best. 100% recommend.
