A bit smaller than expected
Go for 1 size larger, A bit smaller on the straps than expected but will stretch with Time i hope.But Value for money on Sale.

Better to compare the Size it the same no.of Hawai Chappal ie.the length of the bottom & toe nob
The bottom/sole can be a bit larger besides adjusting the big toe supporting nob attached to the sole be adjusted a bit ahead to the front side. I suggest to compare the same with Hawai Chappals it the same Size/No.

Comfortable and Value for money
Best value for money casual flip-flops. Sole is very soft with a velvet like finish and good for ankle pain. Very soft and comfortable. Not suitable to wear in water or for hardcore tasks.
