i love these bars so much! the texture is really great as someone sensitive to food and they are the perfect amount of chewy. i also really like the amount of chocolate so its like a treat. and i think the grains help my digestion.

The best Kind bars I’ve ever had.

I really like this bar, however, I do have to eat it like candy. I have been trying really hard to keep sugars below 10 grams per serving. Just one of these bars has 14% of the daily sugar intake at 7g. I would REALLY love to see kind find ways to reduce that even more. Cane sugar is the third ingredient, I guess its better than saying it has no sugar and there actually being sweetener in it under a different name. I really like that there is Multigrains in the bar. It is one of the only bars I can get Millet, buckwheat, and Quinoa in. Going more and more sugar free I noticed I really like almost the raw flavors of things, so was really excited to find this brand with it.I'll keep eating and buying these, especially if they can drop a few grams of sugar for a more raw flavor of the items themselves. Then again, I am the type of person to eat oat meal and cereal without milk.

These are delicious if you have not tried them yet they are excellent and this is the best priced one you’ll ever find. They don’t sell them in my town and these are worth it.

These are amazing! Bought the bulk box for a good price. They are so tasty! So much carbs and sugar though. Tasty carbs and sugar yummm.

The media could not be loaded. This is the 2nd bar in a row that I opened and see a sticky white residue that transferred at the seam of the wrapper onto the bar.I've attached a picture and video to try to show what I mean. My apologies in advance for the quality of the video... holding my phone in one hand it was hard to get a good angle while using my other hand to try to show the sticky residue.I sent an email to Kind customer support to ask if the adhesive is edible or if it's not safe to eat these bars.I unfortunately ordered these bars online and ordered an 8 pack which means I have a lot of bars. So an $8 coupon doesn't even come close to making me even.My bars are not expired or hard like some other reviews noted. But who wants to eat glue?!?Buyer beware.
