Q: i'm thinking to use this for a projector screen! i'll blow this onto the wet paint as i'm painting the projector screen area of my living room wall?

Hi, so this glitter is SUPER fine which makes it light. This glitter will go flying and not go where you would want. Its great for mixing into things, so if you get a clear primer or sealing coat you can put the glitter in there. Hope this helps.

Q: Can I add this oil-based high-gloss paint?

Yes, but it tends to become dull. My best results have been adding on top and then clear aerosol spray paint, epoxy, or a similar topcoat.

Q: Which would be better for painting a wall? Polyurethane Or mod podge?

Depends on what the desired final result is. Are you adding something to it like a glitter or mica powder? As far as cost-effective polyurethane probably be slightly cheaper. . But if you are wanting to seal bits of paper or the like onto the wall for a special effect then I would do the mod podge
