Very powerful, but amazing
I use it to reset and realign. I always say my intention, put three drops under my tongue and go to bed. It’s creating wonderful things in my life ;)

Do not use if you have IBD or gut disorder
I found this effective when used infrequently, but with regular use it stopped working for me. I researched "lobelia + interactions" and found that it is not healthy for people with gut problems.
