4t. My son is 2.5 yo and diaper size 6 and I ordered 2-3t and they are too small.

Q: What's the difference between assorted and the multi?

I'm not sure. I received exactly what you see on the picture. 7 different little undies.

Q: Are they tagless? Color fades?

These are tagless. Color has almost no fading after many washes and spins in the dryer. We have them for our own children, and we have never had a real fading issue.

Yes definitely! My son is also 21lbs and 31 inches and the 2t/3t fit a little big but not to big very comfortable looking!
