Q: Can this pan be used on induction cooktop?

Q: What are the actual dimensions of this griddle? is it 11 x 11? or is it 11 x 21?

11 X 11 I LOVE THIS GRIDDLE. USE IT EVERY DAY.

Q: does the underside of the 11" griddle have the silver plate for disbursing heat like the skillets? or is it just the anodized body?

the silver plate on some all-clad aluminum skillets (but not this griddle) is not for dispersing heat -- it is to enable the skillet to be used on an induction cooktop.

Q: Is this item suitable for use on an induction hob?

I think it can not be used on induction hob, the outside of the bottom even is not flat, the shape is just like the inside.
