Happy with the quality of this product. Strong firm and well padded. The retractable handles are user friendly and easy to grip. Folds and store away easily without taking any space. The knee mat could be a bit thicker. Over all, am quite pleased with this product.

Very top all round exercise, every bit with combined over equipment. Many kilos better.

Many times when you see something like the Wonder Core on Amazon it looks good. Then when it arrives at you home you find out it's junk. This is not the case with Wonder Core. First off, if you use an ab roller of any type or brand, on a regular basis, it will strengthen your abs and core substantially. None of them will give you a ripped stomach on their own, only diet along with exercise will do that. The Wonder Core is the real deal. It's built strong and it's a quality item. I have a home gym filled with Rogue workout equipment. If you know anything about Rogue you know it's top of the line. I have a Rogue ab roller as well. Which is nice but it's fashioned like most ab rollers on the market just built better. My point is, Wonder Core is along the same lines as Rogue fitness Equipment as far as quality goes. The wonder Core is different because you can do a multitude of different core exercise on it. I had a ab wheel from Lifeline fitness that you had to strap your feet into to do some of the exercises. It sucked having to do this and I ended up selling it. With the Wonder Core you can do the same exercise as the Lifeline Ab roller by just getting on it. It's very easy to use. It does have some weight to it so you likely won't be carrying it to the gym. The Wonder Core is a great Ab roller. if used consistently it will without doubt make your core much stronger and you will have fun doing it. I think it's well made and a good fitness tool. But you have to use it to get the benefits. It's not a cloths rack.
