Yes. These are hat pins and they are metal. I have these and several other types. The pin part is flat and you punch a hole thru the fabric, then bend them to hold.

You have to poke a small whole in the front of the cap try to get it in the middle. Once that is done then push the badge through the stints fold out

If you buy more than one, the shipping will only be for one or two(if there are several). If Amazon can't figure it out, I will issue a credit or refund to the order so you don't get stuck with it.
