Q: Where are these manufactured?

I believe they are made in China. There is a sticker on the canvas zipper bad that holds the Homelux Theory products that says they are made in China.

Q: Why is the seller avoiding the “where is this made?” Question. It’s important to know and it’s not listed anywhere. Be transparent please.

Q: Are there any benefits of using these over disposable plastic bags besides the cost ?

I assume that the tons of disposable bags that would go into landfills are much more than the eventual disposal of these bags. These bags are very thick and I am assuming they will last for years. We've had ours probably a year or so by now and I see no difference or wear and tear. We turn them inside out to wash by hand so that we can get into corners.
