I have used this method for years with very young beginners. It is a fun and engaging introduction to piano. This level introduces more notes on the staff as well as steps and skips on the staff and is a great preparation for Piano Adventures Level 1. Students learn Middle C as well as C 5-finger position and are introduced to three "new" composers: Tchaikovsky, Brahms, and Haydn. Classical melodies are woven throughout the book as are original compositions by the Fabers.

Great book for children looking to start piano. My daughter finds the book entertaining and fun to learn with.
