Great to take with lactose coated medications!
I love the taste... I have the vanilla ones and they taste just like custard creams YUM! I have a severe dairy allergy and react to my medications I have to take daily that has a coating which contains lactose. I had to stop my medication as it was making me so ill even though itâs a tiny dose but now I have these and take them before my meds itâs great! Iâve not tried them with dairy products yet as Iâm also allergic to the caseins in dairy but when Iâm feeling confident enough Iâll give it a try. Highly recommend!

Very fast acting, for emergencies in my opinion
Once I ate something with soo much dairy in it than I anticipated, it caused me agony for some time till I took one of these chewables. Itâs so fast acting but it doesnât last long for me. Itâs for situations like the one I mentioned. But right before a meal I take a normal pill.
