Q: So the girl in that one picture is photoshopped, right? There's no way her shoulder extends all the way to that armhole.

I don't know about photoshopping, but I bought these for my 4 & 5 year old grandsons and they are great! My 6'4" son put it on and it was small for him. Super fun for kids but might be fine for a smaller adult.

Q: What do you need to blow them up?

I started using an air compressor but switched to using my mouth. It took about 20 minutes per ball.

No- the arm holes are pretty tiny. It's for kids or very small adults.
