Q: Has this been tested by consumer labs or some third party

I was using a product with less alpha lipoic acid and that helped me a lot. I decided to try this one since it had a little more. It worked better. No apparent side effects. I take 2 per day. Have been using this produce for 3 bottles (a few months) and the other product for a year. Terrific results with both. Better with this

Q: Does this help with swelling in the feet?

Re: Feet & leg swelling. I have Lymphedema and my legs and feet used to swell so badly I could barely walk. I have used "Natures Sunshine brand "Lymphomax" for a year now and I love it!! It helps tremendously well. (100 capsules for about $20) - I took 2 am & pm for about 4 months and now I take 1 am & 1 pm every day. - I pray this helps you. ;)

There is nothing else in the free market in particular especially for neuropathy. Whatever can help if the pain is present permanently.
