The sound quality is a s good as any other premium over-the-ear headphones. The best part: you just plug the USB, connect, and enjoy. Same with the phone. In less than 1 minute I was using all the features. When making a call, the microphone works perfectly. If you just need to listen to music, audiobooks, conferences, etc., you can just put the microphone back up and hide it in the headphone. When it's time to talk, you pull it down. The buttons are intuitive for turning the volume up, down, pausing, enabling/disabling active noise cancelling and most importantly, a well placed and intuitive mute button in the microphone!. Excellent product.

This one good from mic quality

This thing is great and as advertised. But when I am connected to both my phone and my laptop, the headphones suddenly switches modes to ANC or whatever the next mode is and pauses indefinitely the other source of sound. Things could happen more seamlessly

I had bought the Logitech H800 Wireless Bluetooth Headset which i returned and bought this instead because the battery life was non-existent on the latter. Excellent noise cancelling for the audience - i've had music playing at home and no one on the call could hear anything. Battery life is great while on standby it can last for several days without needing a charge - it goes into a sort of "idle mode" and once you pick it up and lower the mic it wakes up again. Look no further.

My ear hurts. I have a headache after using it. Please don't buy it. Not worth it. Yes noise cancellation works like magic but not more important than your health

cuffie ben fatte, molto comode anche se effettivamente per la mia testa essendo grande stringono leggermente ma ci si abitua subito. Custodia bella, comoda e utile per portare le cuffie in uno zaino senza rovinarle. ottimo microfono, non da fastidio. Per la cancellazione del rumore è perfetta su Teams dalle impostazioni -> dispositivi poi se si vuole, scaricando l'app jabra direct si possono impostare diverse funzioni. Complessivamente ottimo prodotto

Le casque est tout simplement excellent. La réduction de bruit est ultra‑efficace, le confort est top même sur de longues sessions, et la qualité audio (en appel comme en musique) est largement au rendez‑vous. La connexion est stable, les commandes sont intuitives, ca fait vraiment la différence en usage pro. Un casque fiable, premium et parfait pour le travail comme pour l’écoute.

I’ve been using the Jabra Evolve2 65 for a few months now, and it continues to impress me. The sound quality is excellent, both for calls and music. The noise-cancelling works well and helps me concentrate in busy environments. It’s very comfortable, even during long workdays. The battery life is outstanding — I only have to charge it once every few days. The USB-C Bluetooth adapter makes connection quick and stable. Overall, a solid and professional headset that I can highly recommend.

これまでオーディオインターフェイスにXLR端子にAston Microphones ORIGIN 付けてオンライン通信をしていましたが、確かに音は抜群に良いのですが、簡易的にショート通話やミーティングを行う際にセッティングの手間に追われ少し何とかならないのか？と思っていました。 極力、通話音質は落としたくないと思ってヘッドセットは避けてきましたが、試しにこちらを購入試してみたところゲーミングヘッドセットの様な乾いた音声でなく、しっかりと音圧もあり低音もそこそこあったので簡易的な通話には十分な音質でした。 付け心地も良く、WebCamとヘッドセットの組み合わせはコチラで運用することにしました。

ブームマイクを下げるとマイクの音声が遠くなる現象がありました。 カスタマーセンターの対応は微妙で、電話してもメール対応です。 新品交換してもらいましたが、検品をしているのか開封済みで気持ち悪いものが届きました。 しかも症状は改善せず。。どうしろと？？
