Q: Can the Tork Xpress be moved easily from one counter to another? Will moving it damage my quartz countertop?

Yes it can be easily moved. I have had it on a quartz counter top for a long time. It does not damage. It has two small suction cups on the bottom. They hold very well (I have never had mine tip over of move) and are and the suction cups are easily released.

Q: Will kleenex c-fold towels fit?

No. The measurement of the towels of your Kleenex c-fold is too long. Costco’s c-folds can work. The length for Tork napkins is 10”

Q: what are the dispenser measurements?

approx 12L x 7.5 H x 4.5 depth its oblong shape... fits on bathroom counter great
