Damaged product - not protected at all during shipping
The horse was shipped COMPLETELY loose with no packaging other than the mailing envelope and another product wrapped in thin plastic. Due to this a lot of the paint rubbed off (especially on the nose) and the item got super scuffed up. I was highly disappointed to see that it was shipped this way with no protection. I got this model to use for photography but his condition is completely unacceptable.On a different note, the horse is nice and solid. He stands well and has a cute face!
