I'm a flight attendant. I've been using these for years. Taste is great! I out 1 tablet in 0.75 l water, I take 2 during a night flight. It helped to reduce headaches due to dehydration. I also take 1 after a hard workout or a long walk in the heat at night.

Contains Aspartame. Triggers insulin spikes. If you're on a keto or low carb this is going to derail you. Tastes fine.
