Professional feeling cake pans. Bakes evenly and nice deep sides. I have not had any issues with sticking, I do use crisco and parchment paper. Which makes cleaning a breeze. Not only do these pans bake the cake evenly they also aid in getting a nice flat topped cake.

Prodotto arrivato in un giorno, stampo rotondo alto 7,5 cm. bordino superiore arrotondato diametro 15cm. usato subito per fare bonet piemontese mamma Gentile, cottura con la mia splendida skymulticooker redmond comprata su amazon. Tempo di cottura 30 minuti a 98 gradi perfetto (con cottura tradizionale a bagno maria minimo 1-1,30 minuti). Risultato eccellente la cottura risulta uniforme cremosa e si sforma benissimo. 5 stelle stampo bellissimo il prezzo un po' altino ma la qualita' e' eccellente.

Hay muchos modelos de moldes ya, pero rectos, para que queden los cantos de las tartas perfectos, altos para que quede un bizcocho plano y vistoso, y cubra lo suficiente, y ligeros para poder manejar, desmoldar, lavar y volver a guardar es lo único que se necesita para una tarta perfecta. Todos los moldes por mucho que se anuncien antiadherentes necesitan engrasado, o bien papel de horno, si no es el primer día, ya tras el segundo o tercer uso, así que después de probar modelos más caros, incluyendo la silicona, me quedo con la simpleza de un molde clásico de buena calidad, y el diámetro estándar de una tarta profesional. Si dudas como puedes engrasar sin que se note, además de los agentes desmoldantes de Wilton, puedes pincelar con mantequilla derretida, o incluso aceite, todo el interior, o bien pasar un poco de mantequilla sin derretir, enharinar muy ligeramente después y sacudir el exceso con el molde boca abajo. Para tartas fondant yo no compraría este tamaño, de 7,5 de altura, sino mejor el siguiente de 10 cms.
