The media could not be loaded. I saved $1400 by doing it myself. It works great, I followed a very detailed YT video n replaced it myself. Dealership was charging me $1150 for the screen alone....I saved $1120 on that alone n plus their added labor fee of $250. It will take u about 1-2 hours so make sure u make time to dedicate to it. But it's really simple. Not easy but definitely simple. I'm no mechanic or do installation of any sort, just a single mom that likes to DIY but especially save money!!

Had it a couple months it works amazing. I believe the seller sold me the car due to the quote of Cadillac to replace it. Watch the YouTube video to swap it and entire you place all the screws in a safe place. I’d recommend and buy the product again.

Was a perfect fit my 2013 Cadillac SRX. Overall, the product's quality is nice and a huge improvement from the previous screen that was spider webbing. Having a working screen again is amazing.

I have never dealt with anything like this but if you find videos on line and pack your patience (and a good wrench & screwdriver) it works very well. The screen matches the interior of the car perfectly & you cannot tell at all it's from Amazon. There is no discoloration or lag when using the screen either. So grateful that this saved me a chunk of money..

The Que touch screen in our 2016 Cadillac SRX was acting up and we were not able to slide the station select at the bottom. Also getting a beep about every 20 seconds. Bought this aftermarket replacement and swapped it out. The quality is very good and the plastic is perfect. The thickness was slightly thinner than the original equipment, but seems to be no problem. No installation instructions are included, but there are excellent videos online. The plastic pry tools included came in really handy. Once we had the radio unit out, we completed the work on the kitchen table. Took my wife and I around 3 hours for the entire job. Take your time and make sure you keep all the screws separated in a parts organizer.

It took about 2 hours to install and the screen works perfectly now. It fit all the screw holes and was the correct model for my 2014 ats cue.

Works great. Saved me 1500 dollars from not having the dealership do it. Was tedious but easy to follow along with a video.
