Must have - great backup for SPD. Let's you focus on your dive and let the computer calculate the breathing rate. Easy access to pressure rather than reaching for the SPD

Defect and unreliable item delivered
Bought 2 wireless transmitter. For 1 it was very difficult to establish a connection with the suunto vyper nova. After managing it finally by repeating the same procedure over and over again, it stayed connected for probably 5 minutes and then showed "no connection ". Most of the time it stayed like this during the dive, randomly connecting for a few seconds to 1 minute. Finally "Battery" error showed up.2nd device connected immediately. Worked fine for 1 dive. Then same issue as the other device.It looks these 2 devices were stored far too long and the battery drained (which is supposed to last 2 years).
