Item was totally damaged and not allowed to return!!!!!!!

Opened package
Product seal sticker was cut. It does not look like it happened during delivery and it must be cut by cutter as cutting line seems straight. Maybe this was returned before? I am requesting for return as it does not look safe for pregnant woman to take opened supplement.
