Works and fits perfectly. The controls are responsive and clicky. The internal lights are bright.

Easy installation
Everything is the same. Plugs in and clips snap right into the dash. But the biggest thing is that it cured my blower issues very quickly

Fits in 98 Chevy K1500 No harness needed
98 Chevy K1500 Just came in today felt and looked kinda cheap but so far it’s a perfect fit and works great ! No harness for 98 Chevy k1500

Controller does not last. It quit in less than a year.
I bought this product in December of 2024. It stopped working November of 2025. The factory controller it replaced lasted 27 years. This replacement didn’t even last a year.

Decent at first but now not so much
The air recycle button was working fine and suddenly it no longer lights up. Not sure if it working. That was then, now the speed of the a/c only works on high. Husband is a mechanic, checked it and the malfunction is in the knob.
