Love this supplement. High quality product. My naturopath likes the formula for good absorption of the turmeric. I was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I'm told to stretch muscles to help with the pain but that's so hard to do when in so much pain. The turmeric is helping ease the pain and inflammation so that I can actually stretch tight muscles and move more. It helps break the endless cycle of pain/don't want to move.

This bottle has a mix of more than just turmeric and all have been known to Boise wound healing and help with inflammation

I waited for a few days to write a review because I was skeptical, and wasn't sure this would help. I feel really good! I thought that aches and pain were just to be expected because I am getting older. Now I am not achy all over, even my itchy eyes aren't bothering me. This is definitely worth trying. Thank you!

only 15 days of product - it takes two capsules to equal the same amount of turmeric that is in one capsule of other products. I will pay closer attention to the label in the future
