Highly efficient blocking buffer for Western blot or Immunoblot by significantly increasing signal/noise ratio.
Proprietorially formulated for "dirty", "bad" or high background antibodies in western blot. Suitable for most anti-phosphorylated protein antibodies with a wide range of quality and affinities.
Only use TBST (25mM Tris-HCL, pH 7.4, 150mM NACL, 0.05%Tween 20) to wash membrane and dilute antibodies.
Works well for Nitrocellulose and PVDF membranes. No hazard components in this blocking buffer, it is Environment friendly.
