It is a fit for my bed and is comfortable. I am very happy with it.

This was a tricky one to review because comfort is largely subjective and people find different mattresses comfortable.It is a well made item. It arrived in good time, in good order with no defects.Some people have complained about the smell. It has obviously been wrapped in plastic for a while and some odour is expected but it was nothing major and dissipated quickly.I would consider it firm as opposed to medium firm and as mentioned comfort is subjective. Some people will love it and some will hate it but it is well made and it looks like effort has been put into making it comfortable. So Good offer a 100 night return policy so we decided to take a punt and, to be fair, for £160 is a pretty decent mattress. However, it was too firm for me and I kept waking up dead down one side and the Mrs said it was hurting her back.As for people complaining that they could not get a refund but we did not experience a problem. So Good honoured this without any issues at all. It took about a week of messages but we have received a full refund. They did ask us to dispose of it for them but this is not a big deal.All in all, whilst it didn’t suit us, it is a good item and the service we have received from So Good has been excellent. Would have no problem buying from them again.

The mattress came rolled up in a box which was amazing and all you need to do is open the box and you have a wonderful comfortable mattress. Would buy again and would recommend.

The bed is just as described, firmed but not too hard as it’s memory form on the top. Will buy the same type again in the future. Recommend

The mattress is perfect bought for my daughter who as mobility issues due to being disabled she said it's fab it's comfy and she doesn't ache when she wakes up. When it arrives in the box you think it will never expand but it is amazing highly recommend
