can this be used strictly as a usb phone or in other words, plug into computer via usb cord (w/ a/c power supply) similar to a headset?

Are all phones compatible with Asterisk?

Using a "asin no. b07t68mchb" 24v a/c power supply, i plug in and it doesn't turn on. am i doing something wrong?
