Q: Has anyone actually tested for emf in your home? i've heard of low emf sauna and they test them and they're off the charts

Do NOt purchase. High emf. But a device and test yourself. Scam

Q: Can it sustain a heat of 140 degrees?

Mine seems to sustain 140 once it reaches that level. I think that it takes about 10-12 minutes to reach 140 degrees. It's not meant for commercial use, so not sure how it would do for periods longer than an hour on a regular basis.

Q: Is there heat transference through the bottom of the sauna? More specifically, would I need to put a mat underneath the Sauna (will be on wood floor)

There is no heat transference through the bottom of the sauna. We did put a thin rug under the sauna in order to protect our wood floor, and it is working well for us.

Q: Can i put this together in a walk in closet? Does it have to lay open in order to put together?

As long as you have enough space in your walk in closet. Floor panel first than snap together the wall panels to the top.
