Perfect for the larger lady, ordered 5xl, I'm size 22. I was worried with all wobbly bits but didn't need to. Fits perfectly, I have been wearing all day under work clothes, gives slimming shape, boosts breasts ( no need for boob job with this) fits over waist of trousers, this has given me a confidence boost, appears very flattering under clothes. Only drawback is sweat, I can't wear this when weather is warm. Hand wash only garment. After losing weight dieting and this as a confidence boost, I now need size smaller. I actually have a shape with this at my size, good for back as I need to keep back straight. I love this. I can express enough how flattering this is under clothes, many have commented I look good. (Not bad for a large lady)

Fantastic product and really well made. I bought this to hide my diastasis recti following twin pregnancies, I would normally be a size 10 so initially bought the small which was tiny! There was no way I was getting into that diastasis or not, bought the large and it is perfect, really comfortable to wear all day, including going out for dinner, I can wear tighter tops and dresses without the dredded bulge, brilliant purchase have ordered another in nude.

I bought this product quite recently and its quite good. However, after a week or so of wearing it, the compression started to reduce and I had to start thinking of other ways to make the cinching more effective. A third row or line of hooks would have given a better result but unfortunately, this productonly has 2 rows/line of hooks. So if buying, be prepared to find others ways quite soon that can help in your cinchin. Also, the product has a bit more compression up the top of your belly but not quite as good on on your lower belly. So, overall, this produc may be good to start with in the first week or 2 of your waist training but definitely, you will need to find additional ways for a better or a real result.

Very pleased with my purchase. It arrived the next day and fit well. I followed the Squeem sizing chart as indicated by the seller and was honest with myself in ordering a large. Was hard to put on the first time but two days later it's easier and I'm attempting to wear it to work today for a full day. I love the way it makes me sit up straight and my back feels more stable. I am a petite 5 feet two inches tall with a booty that curves out quite a bit so I was worried that it may not fit well but it does and doesn't roll up but skims smoothly over my 'humps' lol It covers my whole lower stomach and when I sit it just touches the top of my thighs but it's not noticeable or uncomfortable. Looks great under my clothes and I'm very pleased with this investment!

By far, the best waist cincher ever, I am a regular wearer of cincher and have bought, this is the best that I have worn. The moment I wore I felt firm, relieved and comfortable with really full back support. I am size 8 usually in clothes so medium closed on the second hook immediately so I guess in another week, I will be taking the small.size. but I can not tell you how good I feel about it

The squeem is very nice, but if you have a long torso this might be a problem.

Pros: Dramatic slimming effect. Doesn't ride up as it changes to your shape, like other similar products do; sticks like a second skin. Can move around relatively normally in it. I have diastasis and it's very effective in terms of offering abdominal and back support and making me look not 6 months pregnant anymore. Not noticeable under clothing (even tight). Comfortable enough to wear all day. Cons: Doesn't seem to have as good a long term effect on diastasis (I.e. everything flops out again when I take it off!). Straps not very comfortable and dig into armpits. Advertising incredibly unhelpful. I'm not naive enough to think it would transform me into one of the models but I would really appreciate some more realistic/average body shapes showing what the product will look like on someone who actually needs it!

Edited: I originally ordered the size according to measurements (as recommended went with the bigger size as I was between two sizes). It was way too big; it was actually loose at the bottom. This caused a huge headache as I needed it by a certain date, so I had to find something that works in a thight timeline, lots of frustration, plus for some strange reason the smaller size I needed was significantly more expensive? Anyhow, in the correct size this is the best& my favorite piece of shapewear! It looks good, does the job and...wait for it....is actually quite comfortable! Just beware of their chart you may want to go with the smaller size if between 2 sizes BUT everyone is shaped differently, I, for example have a longer torso and my hips are quite narrow and not big when comparing to waist so this may all need to be considered. But after all it was worth it.

I love my Squeem! I am 5ft and 130lbs. My wast was 37 inches before wearing the squeem. The first time I put it on it was really tight but it was the right fit. It smoothed everything out in my midsection and gave me an hourglass shape and flattened my tummy. It also helped my back and posture.but made my lower back a lot sore at first. It was really hard to wear at first. Really tight and hard to eat with it on. It makes you feel full faster. I wear it everyday when I leave for work. I try to just have small meals and snacks throughout the day and after dinner I take it off to digest my food. I could literally feel it pushing on my insides which I think is part of the reason I lost inches. It pushed things in more. Then put it back on before bed. At first I had to take it off in the mddle of the night but now I can sleep through the night with it. After 4 days It streched just a little and formed to my body more. By this time I was totally used to wearing this. At two weeks I was putting it on the second hook and I lost 2 inches. Before 3 weeks I was 6 inches smaller! I went from 37 inches to 31 inches in less than 3 weeks! This is with minimal exercise. I only did light workouts 3 days total within the 3 weeks. I feel I lost inchesb for different reasons. One reason I think is because it squeezed my insides together. That was only uncomfortable for 4 days. I think maybe if you don't eat a good healthy diet this would cause heartburn and indigestion for some people. The second reason I think inches were lost is due to fat being redistributed to different areas. Also sweating which is just water weight, but when you sweat you release toxins inside your fat cells and your fat cells will shrink. Eating less was also a factor because it makes you full faster. I had back pain from a car accident and I have no pain after wearing this. It also motivates you to move around more because it's more comfy when standing. I think it motivates you to be more healthy and fit. So this really worked for me. You do have to be patient and motivated to get through the ucomfortable stage in the beginning. I did wear this a lot. Maybe 8 hours durring the day and then 6 to 8 hours durring the night. But of course less the first three days. I love it and I will be getting another one!

This is my second squeem purchase. I decided to buy this vest to try and minimize the appearance of back fat. This did the job. However, my torso is very short and I found that the top of the bustier dug into my bust and as with my previous squeem, the waist area bunches up. With that said, I'm still happy with the way this makes me look in dresses. Quality is excellent. The smell is not bothersome (wash before use).
