This thing is worth every penny! I just had to use it last night. Easy to set up and had my car started in no time. My battery was really dead so I had to use the force start feature. I also used the flashlight that is on the unit and it worked great. After starting the car with the force start, the unit still has a 95% charge. Ready to go for next time. Great product! I am buying one for all of our vehicles and for family!

I've had my battery starter for about 2 years and never had to really use it. I think I've used it to charge my phone a couple times. I charged it up initially when I got it and it has held 96% for that whole 2 years without charging it again. It just happened the battery in my car was dead today. I took it out to the car hooked it up and the car fired right up. I was very skeptical that it would jump start my car but it sure did. So easy to use. So convenient. I think it just gives one piece of mind to know that if you got this in your car and your battery goes dead you're good to go. I'm so pleased with it that I ordered another one today so I would have one for each vehicle. They are all so great in the event you have a power outage. You can get one of these cheaper but I know this one works.

I bought this awhile back after having to call roadside assistance to charge my battery earlier this year. When I got it, I put it in my car and didn't give it much thought until today. I had hoped to came fully charged but I wasn't really sure until today. Thankfully it did come pre-charged and it had 76% when I went to use it. After reading the very thorough instructions, including the error message information which I did need, it was easy peasy and my battery was charged right up. I made it to my appointment in time and I was exceptionally pleased. Great value, totally helpful, and I avoided sitting hours waiting for roadside assistance to do the same thing that I just did with this product. Fabulous!

I Used this this to jump start a completely dead battery on my mom’s 2001 Nissan Altima. She rarely uses her car nowadays. Since the last oil change of her car in January of this year until October of this year, she drove a total of only 48 miles! The battery is less than a year old, but due to the lack of turning on the engine for weeks or months at a time, the battery completely drained to the point where the key remote did not open the doors, the car alarm did not sound when manually opening the door with the car key, nor were the headlights or interior lights working and when attempting to turn on the ignition, there was not even a clicking sound. After reading the ratings and reviews, I decided to purchase the Hulkman Alpha 85 jump starter. I am extremely glad I did. I received it today, read the simple instructions, charged the jump starter using the included usb cable. Th Hulkman was ready to be used in about 5 minutes after charging it. When I connected the included jumper cables from the Hulkman to the car battery terminals, the screen on the Hulkman displayed error code 2, meaning the battery is completely dead. This required the use of a forced charge from the Hulkman. This is performed by pressing the on/off button and the LED control button simultaneously. This initiates a very quick charge into the battery. Immediately after initiating the forced charge, a split second later, the car alarm system sounded, indicating a charge into the battery. Immediately afterward, I turned on the ignition and the car came back to life! I disconnected the Hulkman from the battery and let the car run a while and drove it for about an hour to charge the battery. I started the car 6 hours later to test out the battery and it still works. The Hulkman Alpha 85 truly works great. Simple to use, quick to charge and quickly jumps your car battery even when completely dead. Feels durable even though it is compact. I highly recommend this as a must have tool for your automotive needs. It

Good product. Charging takes forever if you use traditional chargers. This requires its fast charger to go from 0 to 100% in 1 hour and 45 minutes. The $99 doesn't have the charger. Also a small bag would be very useful to carry it. Other than that a very good product. I started my Jeep Cherokee without any problem. One start drained only 3% of it

This a great item and has paid for itself already. I bought my first one, (yes, I now own 2. One for each vehicle) before a trip where I was leaving my vehicle in a long term parking facility while traveling by air. I was concerned that the vehicle camera would drain the battery even though it’s programmed to prevent this. Call it a backup plan. Well, we did not need it. We did drop our other vehicle off to be serviced while we were gone and arrived to a dead battery due to lights left on. Use this to jump the car and fired right up from a battery that would only make the starter click. After the jump the capacity on the Hulkman only dropped to 97% so this has plenty of jumps before a charge is needed. I bought the fast charger for home and a carry case to keep the hulkman and its accessories together in same unit. I call it cheap security. Not to mention since it has usb c port, makes a handy charger for phones etc when you’re far from power or it goes out. Built like a tank and well made, the first time you use it to save yourself from being stranded, you’ll be thankful you bought this. I looked at a lot of other models but I settled on this one for the build quality, the reviews and functionality. It’s a good one. No issues even starting my 5.0L V8 F150. It just did not care and easily started it. Like I said, it’s already paid for itself and why I bought one for our other vehicle. You’ll be happy with this one.

I purchased this unit almost 5 years ago and had to use it multiple times over the years. I can't tell you how amazing it is. It holds a charge for a very long time --I've found I only need to top it off every 3-6 months (or after a jump). It worked flawlessly in jumping my battery and others on several occasions. Not only is it nice to have for your peace of mind but I love being able to help others that need a jump. This product has been time tested and still continues to perform. Completely worth the money!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
