Q: Does this paddle come with a bag or carrying case?

no. the paddle came in a reg plastic bag.

Q: What is the length of each paddle section, separately? I need to know if it will fit in a suitcase.

Approx 2.5-3ft…I was surprised how small the package was when received. I would think it would fit diagonally in a large checked bag size suitcase. Worst case tape the pieces together and take it as a carry-on.

Q: Do each pieces float independently? We just lost our bottom piece of another paddle.

I’m not sure. I haven’t test it. However, I imagine it would sink since each piece is hollow.
