Very useful, good quality
When we have large family occasions like Christmas or Easter, these trays make serving, clean up and storage of leftovers so much easier. Nice heavy Aluminium too.

Turkey tray used for floral arrangements
I would use them for cooking a Turkey, they are strong and deep, just what you need for the juices coming out. I wanted a deep oval foil dish, so I can do arrangements in them for my flowers I'm doing for my wedding and big enough to put a balloon decoration in the middle. They are ideal for this.
