Q: Do the diamond fingers wear out? If so, approximately how long will they last?

I've had my Ozitech knife sharpener for a number of years now, and I don't notice a bit of wear on the fingers. I'm very happy to have it, and pull my knives over it several times about every time I use them. However, I'm not a voracious cook so maybe I don't use my knives as much as some, but I'm really happy to have knives that cut when I want them to. I keep mine on the counter next to my knife rack. Very handy.

Q: what angle does it sharpen your blades to?

According to Furi's site it helps keep your Furi knives at their factory applied 20 degrees

Q: Do they make a sharpener for Japanese knives?

You would look for a rod with a guide for japanese knives as they are typically sharpened to a 9-15 degree angle, this is designed for a 20 degree angle, you would be filing a lot and the edge wouldn't be nearly as sharp

Q: Will it sharpen Ceramic knives?

Diamond is harder than ceramic so I would say yes. However believe me when I say this is the worst sharpener I have ever bought. Where selling for about £6.00 recently on one site, redundant stock. Don't waste your money. You may get to sharpen ably 6 knives then there will be no coating left on the sharpener.
