I'm really happy with this shed because the material is much more durable than the previous one I bought (Store It Out Max), and there are no plastic clips which means this shed could be fully disassembled and rebuilt somewhere else.Complaints:1) No manual in the box so I had to find it on the Keter website. Be careful with the model number as there are slightly different versions and the doors are constructed differently on some.2) The "wood-effect" material looks good and will definitely soak up paint well, but there was a huge amount of microplastic dust all over it (enough to fill a large vacuum cleaner) which cannot be good for the environment. To avoid polluting my garden I had to unpack everything inside and brush & vacuum everything several times. There was still plastic dust in my kitchen a week later. Keter NEEDS to change their factory process to remove this before it goes in the box!

Not difficult to construct although it's worth taking the time to do it properly. Once built the unit is good looking and, more importantly, robust. Not exactly cheap but hopefully worth the money. Very pleased with it so far. The acid test will be it's longevity and ability to stand up to rough weather, but so far so good.

The unit itself is good, but even more important was the customer service - we had an issue putting the unit together and one of the pieces snapped - I messaged the supplier and they sent out a replacement part quickly meaning our shed is still useable! So very good and helpful service if you do run into any trouble during assembly.

Absolutely brilliant service, we had a door that didnt fit as it should, contacted & seller sent another one in speedy time.. shed is secure & no gaps now, really sturdy money well spent and as for customer service it’s faultlessMany Thanks again

You MUST assemble this structure on a hard, flat surface. The base and roof are quite flexible so if the ground is even a little soft and/or not completely flat, nothing will fit perfectly. The instructions are clear enough so long as you read them first, but it would make life so much easier if such things as proper pilot holes for the dozens of self-tapping screws could be provided and not just little indentations, especially in the metal uprights for the hinge mechanism.Tolerances are tight and don't make allowances for the real world. For example, after main assembly has finished there are nearly a dozen screws to be drilled through the base and into the wall panels to hold them in place. The screw holes in the base appear to be less than a centimeter from the bottom of the wall panels and so, if the base is not completely flat and therefore the panels are just slightly out of true, the screws end up simply tearing out of the bottom of the panels. I've had to put a large stone on the top corner of the roof just to ensure the panels stay down in the base.With a little extra thought put into the design and implementation, this could be very good. As it is, it's not there yet.UPDATE 13/4: I broke the hinge peg on one door during assembly - entirely my fault. I contacted Keter Customer Service in the UK to ask for a replacement part but still had not heard back from them (even an acknowledgement) a week later, so I asked the supplier (Garden Store Direct) if they could contact Keter on my behalf. Instead they sent me the replacement part within a few days of me contacting them, and refused payment. So, for customer service Keter get zero stars and GSD get five stars

Shed arrived broken. Guessing box must have been dropped. Inside there was a notice saying if there is a problem DO NOT RETURN and to contact Keter direct to resolve issue. So we did that and many calls and emails later there is no reply at all. Now too late to return to Amazon they say we are out of time! So now what?

This shed was easy to assemble. I am very happy with it.
