Package dimensions are the dimensions of the item in the packaged state. The size of the assembled structure are 250х210х200mm

Q: Is the hdf stainable?

It is. I'd recommend acrylic paints for it. Priming is optional and is needed for better control of colors, as a thin/medium layer of paint on HDF is always a bit brownish :)

Q: What are the measurments of building? Width, Length, and Hight (highest part).
