The media could not be loaded.  Iron bars are solid, strong and steady for my workouts. Foam grips are a little hard on the hands but offer some comfort; workout gloves could help with this issue. Comes with everything you need to put it together, including an allen wrench type screwdriver; I just used my own though as I wanted a handle for faster assembly. It took about 10-15 mins. from start to finish to assemble, but I have experience. Shipped in a plainjane cardboard box. I would recommend checking nuts before each use to ensure safety. Also, test the floor surface you are using for product slippage before exerting torque. The four grippers on the bottom frame go soft grip side down (contact with the floor).

Easy to assemble and sturdy. Great for dips and inverted rows.

For reference at the moment I am 5’10 and 135 pounds, but when I purchased it I was around 150. Putting it together was a breeze and had no issues at all. Have not had any issues during use. It sits sturdy and strong. Just an overall solid piece of equipment for someone wanting to incorporate dips or even incline pull-ups as well. Good stuff!

Easy to assemble. It just takes a while, maybe 10 minutes, to assemble the foot pads (16 small screws). Looks good and is quite sturdy. I was looking for a dip bar that didn't cost a fortune and this fit the bill. Excellent value.

After knee replacement, I needed a place to rehab. Sturdy enough for my needs. Compact enough to save space. Loving it.

Now I just have to figure out how to do dips
